Linen and towels: Bedding, linen and towels are supplied for your stay. Please BYO: Beach towels Children: A cot and high chair are available to hire at the house for use if needed during your stay. Please request via guest portal booking and BYO linen for cot. Pets: The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property. They are also welcome to stay inside, though is required you clean up after your pets. Please clean up and hair or droppings. $25 per pet fee Beach: The house is just over one km to the beach. It takes about 20 mins to walk there. We have two beach chairs, an umbrella, beach tent and buckets for guests to use. Groups: This property is suitable for families, couples and groups. Schoolies: We do accept schoolies bookings though an higher bond is charged. Bookings: Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests. Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay. Booking rate is for 2 people then extra $40 per person per nights booked after Bond: If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $400. If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000. Schoolies have a higher bond Guest access One week before your stay you will receive the key safe code to enter the house. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our guest portal has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
