Ferienhof Gräfe - "Landliebe" with pool & sauna

The apartment "Landliebe," on our lovingly restored former farm, is in a quiet location in the district of Zaschendorf in Meißen. Just 20 km from the cultural metropolis of Dresden, you can enjoy pure nature. Take advantage of our large farm garden to relax in the countryside - in summer by the pool or in winter in the garden sauna. Children are very welcome - a playground, sandbox and our animals are waiting for them to be petted! The space The Landliebe vacation home is an 87 sqm duplex apartment and was lovingly renovated in 2017. It offers spacious living space with plenty of room for cozy gatherings. On the 2nd floor, there is a large living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a modern kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and oven. In the bathroom, a bathtub invites you to relax and the existing washing machine also allows for longer stays. On the 2nd floor, in the attic with open beams, is the beautiful and spacious second bedroom. It has an extra TV and a cozy sitting area with 2 armchairs, which can be pulled out into comfortable spring beds if necessary. The apartment is Ideal for families or vacations with friends, as the 2nd bedroom on the upper floor offers a nice separate retreat and invites you to linger due to its cozy living room character. Vacation guests can use our large farm garden behind the barn, as well as the barbecue area. In summer you can cool off in the pool and enjoy the view over the fields from the sunbathing lawn and snack on raspberries. Available for kids: sandbox with sand toys, small tractor and Bobby Car, playground with swings and slide, badminton game, various board games and of course: our animals. Baby equipment package can be booked for a one-time fee of €25.00 and includes: baby travel crib, baby high chair, diaper pail and changing mat. (Both bedrooms offer plenty of space to set up the crib.) Guest access The apartment is located in one of the 2 houses on our 3-sided courtyard and has a separate entrance. Your car can be parked directly in the courtyard. Together with the apartment key, you will receive the remote control for the electric courtyard gate. Other things to note From 01/01/2019, Meissen charges a guest tax of €1.50 per person/night. Children up to the age of 18, as well as students & trainees up to the age of 25 are exempt. Guest tax can be paid in cash on site.
