There are 3 bedrooms with smart TVs, high-quality mattresses and bedding, a spacious living room with two sofas and a desk, a generous dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove & oven, dishwasher, fridge, small appliances, and sharp knives. The bean-to-cup coffee machine is by De'Longhi. A modern toilet is on the ground floor. The bathroom upstairs (without toilet) includes a shower, hairdryer, and Rituals care products. We provide everything you need for everyday life — from toilet paper and dish soap to kitchen utensils — fully stocked and in sufficient quantity. All rooms are bright, clean, and well-maintained. A washing machine and a second fridge are available in the basement (detergent provided). Nuremberg Airport is 20 minutes away via the A3, and the Rothsee lake district is 15 minutes away via the A9. Within 1–3 km, you'll find many restaurants and supermarkets. Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the door.
