You will find a Washer and dryer infront of the pool elevator, on every even floors (2,4,6,8,10,12,14) Washer 37 minutes Dryer 60 minutes. Guest access 💞Only, Registered Guests are Allowed in the Apt and Public Areas. NO Visitors, Reunions, are Allowed in the Apt.!! ☆ NO Pets Allowed!! $150. Security Oficial will give you Access If you rented a car, just wait outside the Condo. Also technicians won't be available the same day! 🔅Never leave Electric Appliances on unattended, lights or AC on, or when you are not in the Apt 🔅NO Visitor, Pets, Reunions, Meetings, Parties, or Events are allowed inside this Property. 🔅Registered Extra guests after 2 will pay $45 per guest per night. 🔅Unregistered guests and/or Pet, will pay $150. Penalty per guest and/or Pet, per night!! 🚫Not Permited: Smoking, Drugs, Marijuana, Arms. Ammunitions, commercial buissiness, Pets or animals of any kind !! 🚫Not Permitted; Altercations, Discussions, Fights, Loud Auguments, Exessive Alcohol Consumption, Loud Voice, Loud TV, Loud Music. Nothing that can dirturb your neighbors. Please, be always Proper and Polite! 🔅Guests are Solely Responsible for Their well being, All Personal Property, All the Apt and Condo Property during their Stay. 🔅Host or Owner, could come in the Apt during your stay without your authorization if; guests don't communicate, to make sure of our guests well being; if we see or smell Smoke; if there is an altercation; Security Oficial or neighbors complaints; to make sure Rules are being followed, to protect our guests and our property. 🔅Additional Charges will be applied for: Stained or missing Towels, and linens; Stained, damaged or Missing Apt Property. Guests will be responsible to pay for Plumber if sinks, Toilets or shower are clogged, or not functioning properly during you stay. Just notify us immediately to review and assist you:) (not later), so we can go in the Apt, review your claim and assist you. We can clean it for you, provide you with insects repellant, or call an Exterminator Company if needed to resolve. ⚡💧We will Not Aproove Refund if the Apt. losess Electricity , Water, or Internet during your Stay DUE TO - PR Power, PR Water, or PR Internet Authorities Jobs or Services in Our Area.
