A complete 3-story house is rented in the town of Benasque. 70 square meters per floor Maximum capacity 10 people (7 + 3 extra beds) - Floor 1: 1 kitchen, 1 living room (30m2), 1 toilet, 1 ironing room - Floor 2: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 single extra bed, 2 bathrooms - Floor 3 - attic: 1 kitchen-dining room, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa bed The space Casa Conchita is located in downtown Benasque (Huesca). This house is the house in which our family has lived for many years, so our sensitivity towards it is special, and in the same way, we trust that our customers will take care of it, so that we can all continue to share this House for your use and enjoyment in the Benasque Valley. The house is rented in full and its maximum capacity is 10 people. The layout of the house is as follows: - Street Floor Entrance - First floor: o 1 main kitchen o 1 main living-dining room o 1 toilet o 1 ironing room-pantry - Second floor: o 1 bedroom with double bed (2 people) o 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2 people) o 1 bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 extra bed (2 people) o 1 toilet with shower o 1 toilet with whirlpool tub (cannot be used due to breakdown) - Floor 3 or attic: o 1 kitchen o 1 bathroom with toilet and shower o 1 bedroom with double bed (2 people) o 1 living-dining room with double sofa bed (2 people) Practical information: - The kitchen normally used is the one on the first floor. The kitchen is not very large. It has a breakfast table, etc. for a maximum of 6 people. - The living-dining room on the first floor has an area of about 30 m2, and there is a table where 10 people can sit together. Please, if the table is used, put the table protector under the tablecloth. - Regarding the showers: During this summer 2022 the showers cannot be used simultaneously and the 10 people cannot be showered in a row since the boiler does not produce hot water so fast. Every 3 people would have to wait about 15 minutes before using the shower again on either of the 2 floors. - The hot tub cannot be used during this summer 2022 - Parking: The house does not have parking, although public parking lots are nearby - Bedding: Sheets and towels are included - Kitchen utensils and small appliances (Nespresso and Italian coffee maker, oven, glass ceramic, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, dryers, toaster) - Additional equipment: 2 flat-screen TVs of 45" and 50" and another 25" TV in the kitchen, air fan in the attic, 2 large refrigerators.
