With a ten minutes walking you can reach the lake shore and Moltrasio historical centre. It's just few minutes away by car from Cernobbio and Como. The space The flat is composed by a tasteful furnished livingroom with access to the balcony, a cosy double bedroom with a wide stained-glass windows to bring lots of light in, a bathroom with shower and a little functional kitchenette to cook some basic dishes. Guests have also access to the little corner with rock table and benches in the communal garden down the stairs. Other things to note Smoking in the apartment is forbidden. Parties are not allowed. The garbage has to be sorted in the different bins located in the kitchenette area, following the italian recycling rules and the trash bags have to be putted out on the street in the indicated collection days. If trash bags are found in the house at the check out date, a fee of 50 euro will be applied. Free basic items are provided upon arrival, including disposable toiletries, toilet paper. These items are offered only as a welcome so replacements or refills are not provided. Bedding and towels are provided based on the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking.
