Layout: There is a large living-dining room with access to the terrace and a separate kitchen. There are also three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. One bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), the other two have two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm). There is also a conservatory with a view of the secluded garden. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and cannot be used. However, there is a well-functioning heating system so that the finca can also be rented in winter. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms, which can also be used as heating. Outdoor area: The beautifully landscaped garden is 1300 square meters in size. There is a barbecue on the large terrace. Arrival and minimum stay: Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings under the minimum stay. In June, July and September no day should be left between bookings. Additional costs: The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months.
