This property has mountain views, hot tub, steam shower, jacuzzi, game area, pizza oven and much more. This open concept home is just minutes from downtown Murphy for shopping, restaurants, Harrah’s Valley River Casino, lakes, rivers, local wineries, and much more. Located just 20 minutes away from Blue Ridge, GA. Come and enjoy what Murphy, NC can offer! Other things to note • NO PETS ALLOWED!!!! • No Smoking or Vaping in the house. • Absolutely no space heaters! • No illegal drugs allowed on the premises • No parties, events or large gatherings are allowed • Please no loud noise or music • Quiet hours 10 PM - 7AM • No unregistered guest without host permission • Use of Outdoor Hot Tub is at renters own risk. • Use of Steam Shower feature is at renters own risk. • Please report damages immediately • If A/C or Heat is on, Windows and Doors are closed. • Do not have the A/C and fireplaces on at the same time • Trash day is Wednesday. Please have garbage in trash bags in bins provided by Tuesday evening. • Please do not leave trash outside of trash bins (unless its the morning of trash day). All trash must go in a trash bag in the garbage can. Trash left out may attract animals. • Please take care of the furnishings. Please do not move or rearrange the furniture as the power cord is plugged into the floor. • Do not leave car running in garage at any time due to emission of carbon monoxide, even with the garage door open. • We are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out request at a fee when possible. Let us know in advance for higher chance to get approved.
