It's the perfect base for visiting the Dordogne, ready to welcome you for a pleasant and memorable stay! Your "Les Pierres d'Alexandre" gîte was completely renovated in 2022 in a warm style and the greatest attention was paid to the choice of materials as well as the decoration. The space ITS IDEAL LOCATION WILL ALLOW YOU TO DO EVERYTHING ON FOOT! You will stay in close proximity to bakeries, many restaurants, free parking, bars, supermarkets, butcher, pharmacy, ice cream, cinema, hairdressers etc… The market is held every Wednesday and Saturday; the farmers' market with local restaurants and entertainment is every Monday evening (July/August).  Just a 10-minute walk to the Lascaux Caves and the canoe-kayak base that will allow you to go down our beautiful river, the Vézère, along the castles and other wonders… Montignac-Lascaux takes its place among the jewels of the Périgord Noir where a multitude of activities are offered: electric bike rental, mini-golf, castle tours, fortresses, chasms, cave dwellings, animal park, horseback riding, many marked pedestrian and bike trails, and much more… Within a 10 km radius of this accommodation, you will stroll through three beautiful villages classified as "most beautiful villages in France", it's unique!!! With an area of 80 m², it comfortably accommodates 5 people, perfect for a stay with family or friends. Very functional, warm and carefully decorated, it offers you all the comforts – New bedding and furniture! The modern kitchen, perfectly furnished and fully equipped, has everything you need (fridge, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster...) with a central island and opens onto a cozy living room with a large 160 cm flat screen. The stairs will lead you to a large, comfortable bathroom with a corner bathtub and walk-in shower (towel dryer and hair dryer), as well as: One bedroom with queen size bed - 160 x 200 cm,  A bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and large dressing room, A bedroom with a 90 x 190 cm bed.
