Beautiful 16th-century stone house located in the heart of the city center, on a very quiet street in the historic district of MONTIGNAC-LASCAUX. It's the perfect base for visiting the Dordogne, ready to welcome you for a pleasant and memorable stay! The space ITS IDEAL LOCATION WILL ALLOW YOU TO DO EVERYTHING ON FOOT! You will be staying close to bakeries, many restaurants, free parking, bars, supermarkets, butcher, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, cinema, hairdressers, etc. The market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday; the farmers' market with food and local entertainment, every Monday evening (July/August).  Just a 10-minute walk from the Lascaux Caves and the canoe-kayak center, which will allow you to go down our magnificent river, the Vézère, along the castles and other wonders... Montignac-Lascaux is one of the jewels of the Périgord Noir, where a multitude of activities are available: electric bike rental, mini-golf, visits to castles, fortresses, caves, cave dwellings, an animal park, horseback riding, numerous marked trails for pedestrians and bicycles, and much more... Within a 10 km radius around this accommodation, you can stroll through three magnificent villages classified as "most beautiful villages in France"; it's unique!!! The modern, perfectly appointed and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need (fridge, hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) with central island and open to a cozy living room with a large flat screen of 160 cm. The stairs will lead you to a large, comfortable BA with a corner bathtub and a walk-in shower (heated towel rail and hair dryer), as well as: A bedroom with a queen size bed - 160 x 200 cm,  A Bd with a 140 x 190 cm bed and its dressing room, A bedroom with a bed of 90 x 190 cm.
