Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control. There are two parking spaces in the driveway. Coconut Breeze is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs with a maximum of 2. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet per reservation.
