No 24/7 room service like hotels 4. Any internet connection and netflix slow down or unstable connection is BEYOND OUR CONTROL. Mode OF PAYMENT: AIRBNB provides an ON-LINE PAYMENT SYSTEM using your credit card. CASH PAYMENT or BANK DEPOSIT IS NOT ACCEPTED AND ALLOWED. FOR THOSE WITHOUT CREDIT CARDS, you may apply for your own prepaid credit card called YAZZ powered by VISA. This can be secured from Metrobank. SM & Robinsons Department Stores or at National Bookstore Branches. • Payment Methods - Major Credit Cards - ATM Debit Cards (ex. BDO with Mastercard/Visa logo). Rescheduling must be 7days before the booked date. Any request to reschedule within 7 days before the reservation will impose a penalty of Php 1000 or 50% of the total price that was paid to us, as the case may be. A case of emergency must be substantiated by evidence to be reconsidered and costs waived.
