Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, bocce ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, bbq facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan. This unit has an ev charger out front. all of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. we provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. there is a washer and dryer in every rental. every unit has wi-fi. there is no a/c, this is not commonly found in tahoe, there are fans. *forest view pool is being re-coated in spring 2026, which may affect the opening date.
