The cozy, bright and quiet apartment has a lot of feel-good flair. The base price is for 2 people. The apartment has one bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 crib for toddlers, and one bedroom with 2 single beds. In the cooking-living area there is 1 pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and bathtub. 1 balcony and 1 terrace with beautiful views complete the offer. Baker, butcher, small Edeka, several restaurants 5 min walk The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 flat-screen TV in the living area and in the bedroom with double bed, radio with CD player, washing machine (use for a fee). There are also games, toys and puzzles for children, as well as numerous books for children and adults. The spacious terrace belonging to the apartment offers a beautiful view and invites you to a cozy get-together, barbecue and relaxation. A sandbox for the little ones is right next to the terrace. The large balcony overlooks a part of Gräfenberg and the surrounding area. We live in the ground floor apartment of the house and are happy to assist our tenants during their stay. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance via a jetty from the garden and is exclusively available to guests, as well as the terrace. Barbecuing and relaxing are expressly allowed. Other things to note Gräfenberg is located in the city triangle of Nuremberg, Bamberg, Bayreuth. Three cities worth seeing and each of which has numerous attractions and cultural offerings.
