We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 24 m², an open equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies to enjoy the mountain air. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: Day space: - A living room of 24 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee pods... Night space: - A bedroom with two double beds (140×190), and a single bed bunk on one of the double beds. - A bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Outside : - A balcony of about 5 m², facing West, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, as well as a second balco. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. -Wifi, orange TV. -The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by your care, if the cleaning is not done, the deposit will be retained. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge.
