All around it, the exclusive garden with outdoor shower. The villa opens into a small hallway, leading to the every room. It consists of a living room with 2 double sofa beds, dining table, tv and kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one triple bedroom. Moreover, there are two recently-built bathrooms. The air conditioning is in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge and electric oven and a small balcony with view on the sea. The surroundings of Villa Santina near Punta Prosciutto Villa Santina is by the beautiful area of Salina dei Monaci, 100 meters away from the beach. It`s the ideal solution for a holiday dedicated to nature. It`s within walking distance from the beach with high dunes and Mediterranean scrub, with crystal-clear sea and cliff with amazing sea bottoms. The villa is 5 minutes` drive away from the beach in Punta Prosciutto, one of the most famous beaches on the coast of Porto Cesareo, a dream-like holiday by the sea in Salento. The view from Villa Santina is exceptional: from the balcony you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and Summer sunrises or admire the pink flamingos which made this oasis their refuge. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 200 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage.
