The lot is large, on 1.1 acres, and private with plenty of room to play. Pass through the gated driveway to the dedicated beach trail, where a short 5 minute walk through a forested path and over a babbling creek via foot bridge, will take you to miles of sandy beach. This beach is popular for surf fishing and agate hunting. There are great tidepools nearby within a beach walk to the south towards Seal Rock State Recreation Area. Bring your kayaks and standup paddle boards because this home is a short 2 minute drive north to Brian Booth State Park and the gorgeous Beaver Creek area, popular for paddle sports and wildlife viewing. The sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Yaquina Head Lighthouse will take your breath away as you enter this impressive home. The living space is on the main floor with a grand great room. To the left is a private bedroom with a king bed and terrific ocean views. There is a hall bath with a victorian claw foot soaking tub/shower combo for pampering. On the far side of the kitchen and large formal dining room is a sunny den with a piano! This is the perfect room to spend some time making music, singing together and watching the mighty Pacific Ocean. The sofa converts to a full size futon and there is a full bath in the adjacent hallway. At the top of the stairs is a spectacular primary suite with access to a shared deck and the glamorous primary bath with jetted bath tub, a double head shower and dual vanities. Down the hall are two more large bedrooms with a shared full hall bath. Both of these bedrooms have king beds that can be split in to two twins with advance notice as well as twin futons in each. At the end of the hall is a large room that functions as both a bedroom and additional play space. There is a queen bed at one end and plenty of room for fun with a wetbar, game table, television and desk. Enjoy the three car garage game room which boasts billiards, ping pong and air hockey. At the end of a fun day, soak in the hot tub and be amazed at the clear coastal night sky. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. Sleeps up to 10 - 5 Bedrooms, 4 Kings (2 can be split in to 2 twins with advanced notice), 1 Queen, 2 twin futons, 1 Full futon, 1 Queen futon, 4 Bath.
