We welcome you to the charming apartment in the "Strandschlösschen" in Kühlungsborn-West. Your 3-room apartment for up to 5 people offers you all the advantages for a successful vacation thanks to its location close to the beach and center. The space You will be staying in a modern 53 sqm 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor. This can be easily reached by elevator. The living room is family-friendly with a comfortable couch set and two recliners. Nothing stands in the way of a cozy get-together with the whole family after an eventful day of vacation. A flat-screen TV provides evening entertainment. In this area there is also the small dining area, which is equipped with a table and 5 chairs. In the separate, fully equipped kitchen you will find all the appliances and kitchen utensils that are a must in a modern kitchen. From the kitchen you can reach the 1st bedroom. Here, 3 people will find restful sleep in a bunk bed and a single bed. There is also plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door and is furnished with a comfortable double bed. There is a shower/toilet in the bathroom and plenty of storage space for your cosmetics. A hairdryer is provided. From the living room you can reach the large balcony. Pretty balcony furniture and a parasol invite you to linger and relax. Let a carefree day of vacation slowly end here in the evening with a delicious drink. Pure vacation feeling! Right next to the apartment there is a parking space for your car. Other things to note Final cleaning is included in the price. The initial linen set (bed linen and towels) can be booked at a price of €25.00 per person. If you would like this option, we ask you to let us know at least two days before arrival. Please note that the visitor's tax must be paid on the day of arrival. Guests 16 years and older pay €3.00 per night from May 1st to September 30th and €1.60 per night from October 1st to April 30th. Children under 16 years of age do not need a visitor's card. The visitor's tax is paid on the day of arrival at our office. You have the option to pay with the EC card.
