Kitchen with microwave and 2 fridges, slow cooker, Nescafe Dolce Gusto Starbucks coffee machine - BYO Pods - can be bought at Woolworths, open plan dining and lounge with TV, DVD, sliding doors that lead out to an undercover paved area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, magnificent sea views from Coobowie to Edithburgh. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans, 1 Bathroom, 2 toilets. Open storage shed, fish cleaning facility, enclosed yard, plenty of room for the boat. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - double, bed 4 - 1 x tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) plus 1 x bunk. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
