This quirky beach cottage in Boynton Beach is a true treasure we’ve worked tirelessly to renovate into a one-of-a-kind Florida getaway. Please treat her kindly so others can enjoy the magic too! Other things to note NO CHECK-OUT CHORES, just enjoy your vacation!! (: Coffee Bar: This space sits just outside the kitchen cut-out “window” and allows all the coffee lovers to grab their favorite mug and enjoy a nice cup of Joe from a standard machine or French Press, both provided. A Teapot and tea bags, along with Medium roast coffee, creamer, and sugar are provided. Wine & Spirits Bars: Please enjoy both of our two distinct vintage bar spaces in the game room and the main living room. Classic glassware, fun recipes, and the essential cocktail tools make it easy to enjoy a night of mixing, shaking, sipping, and smiling! Please no glassware outside. Quiet hours begin at 10:30 pm (We love our neighbors and have great relationships with them. We always want to respect their peace and quiet, and ask that you are mindful) Our turf area is great for some mini golf (4 putting holes, 2 putters, 6 balls), along with a wide variety of outdoor activities or just laying around. Stock tank tub/pool on property: The most special place on the property, we are so excited for you to enjoy our Stock Tank soaking pool! The tank can comfortably hold 5 adults and is around 2ft tall by 8ft in diameter. Simple instructions and rules for the Stock Tank pool will be given to guests before arrival, as well as in the properties guidebook. (We use chlorine tablets, and do a weekly cleaning with our filter pump) *Please be cautious with any children on property near the pool, drowning is a serious threat with any body of water big or small. Adult supervision is required at ALL times when children are present. Please keep the cover in place over the tub, unless you are actively using it. A waiver of Liability for the pool will be required for guests to sign off on before their arrival. Full-sized Laundry Washer & Dryer (Laundry pods & Dryer sheets included). Iron, Ironing board, Vacuum, Mop Bucket, and Broom. Desk Space: Enjoy our cozy nook in the living room with our refurbished vintage desk and favorite Giraffe lamp. Beach Amenities: Beach towels, beach cooler, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, boogie board Property Maintenance: Guests are required to take trash down on Tuesdays & Fridays. This is a home in a family neighborhood, so regular upkeep needs to be upheld by guests. We appreciate your help with this. Landscapers are on the property weekly for about 30 minutes of general maintenance. Monthly upkeep bug spraying/pest control – Will notify guests if this falls on a day they have rented. Checkout is 10am, no exceptions unless previously discussed. *Upon booking we require all guests to sign a Pool liability waiver and a Rules form. These are standard forms to protect our beloved home. Once you have confirmed your booking we will send you links to fill out the forms.
