The space Villa Des Montagnes is a completely detached 8-person villa with private swimming pool located in the holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche near the cozy village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park has a large communal swimming pool, boules courts, tennis, ping pong tables, children's playground equipment and a multi-sports field where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located on the Ardèche River, 5 minutes from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and cozy terraces. The living room has a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a coffee table, sideboard, TV furniture with large smart TV with Dutch and Belgian channels, among others, and is attractively decorated. Upper floor: A staircase in the hall takes you to the upper floor with access to a spacious indoor terrace. From the hall upstairs you have access to the two bedrooms (air conditioning) and the bathroom. Both bedrooms have two single beds of 80x200cm, a wardrobe with hanging and storage area, a chair, bedside tables with bedside lamps, a mirror, single duvets and pillows. All rooms are equipped with electric heaters. The second bathroom has a separate shower, sink, a bathroom rack for your toiletries and a third toilet. All bedrooms have fans. Garden and swimming pool: In the garden there is a spacious dining table with chairs and plenty of sun beds around the pool. The garden is spacious enough to allow you to enjoy the sun all day. There are also plenty of shade areas under the covered terrace and under the parasol. The heated private pool is 9 x 4m. and in the deepest part about 2.20m deep. The pool is securely enclosed with an electric roller deck that you can operate with a key. This keeps the water nice and warm and clean. Of course, the pool is maintained weekly on Fridays by professionals and the bottom is cleaned. The private swimming pool is open from April to October. In the garden, you can also throw a ball on the newly built private jeu-de-boules court and enjoy the setting sun on the cozy park bench next to the boules court.
