The space The unit has 2 Queen-sized beds, suitable for up to 4 guests. Our kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a single burner electric cooktop, and other kitchen appliances that you may need! *Important: Though our smart TVs have streaming apps installed (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), guests would need to log in with their own credentials. Please remember to logout of the apps at checkout. Guest access Full access to the property including the yard. You will have access to our high speed internet, smart TV, as well as our other in-unit amenities. Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages. AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest. Other things to note Your experience is our top priority with our keyless self check-in. You will be assigned a unique code which will only be active during your stay. We are available 24/7 through Airbnb messaging, as well as by phone, to address all your needs before, during and after your stay! - NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex. Please smoke on the street. - NO parties or events - Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM - Do not disturb neighbors - Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. - Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. - Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. - No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
