On the first floor is a modern kitchen with dining area and a living room. The living room has a comfortable pull-out couch. The second floor has a bedroom with a king-size bed and separate modern bathroom with washing machine.The bathroom offers all modern conveniences (shower, wash-basin,washing machine and WC). Towels and bed linen are provided. It has a terrace on the east side. In the courtyard, among the lemon and orange trees, you have the barbecue at your disposal and terrace in a shade. You have access to beautiful garden where you can spend pleasant evenings with your family and friends. Our garden is ideal for breakfast and coffee, lunch and grilling, as well as romantic dinners. Besides that we offer great view from our terrace and tranquillity of peaceful neighbourhood where you can enjoy everything nature has to offer. And the best part is - You are only 10 minutes away from the town centre and 10 minute away from the beach. All the kitchen amenities, grill, fresh towels (2 for every person), free wi-fi, satellite TV are also here to make your staying as pleasurable as possible. I live in the same house where the apartment is located. So I am available whenever you need my help.
