You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the light, the comfort of beds, the kitchen, the intimacy and the high ceilings. My accommodation is suitable for couples, friends, and families (with children). The space The Masseria is today one of the most beautiful of the “valle d’Itria”, surrounded by large open green spaces, ancient olive trees, an orchard, a vegetable garden. The apartments, called villas, the large hall, the alcove, adapted to an Arabic sitting room for the aperitifs, and the antique mangers, back onto a central barnyard, under the shadow of the acacia trees. Around the two apartments called "Villa Fico" and "Villa Ulivo", there is a wide open green space with a barbecue area and the gorgeous large swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the guests. The wide parking area is located near and out of the central zone. All the area is fenced and equipped with electric gate. The villa Fico is about 110 sq.m. with a wide entrance, an open air living room, and a complete equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are provided with bathrooms, and back onto the swimming pool or the garden, while a lemon and orange trees private garden, await the guests for outer breakfast and dinner. All the villa is set with air conditioning and heating system and a safe. The villa Ulivo is an antique pugliese “lamia”, typical building of the valle d’Itria, with an area of 55 sq.m., an entrance-living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. All the bedrooms overlook the swimming pool, and air conditioning and heating system are provided in the entire villa. The Masseria is eco sustainable. Production of hot water with solar panels. The entire property is fenced with electric gate. Supply of pool towels, (change of linen and towels every 7 days. Day of rest on Sunday and Holidays). Areas to be shared by both Apartments: Barbecue area, swimming pool, solarium-relax area. *Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor sitting area, equipped with ashtray.
