The 2nd floor with separate bedrooms and a private bathroom can be reached via a spiral staircase. In addition, this level has its own input / output. A southern flair with terracotta floors in the living areas and high-quality parquet floors in the bedrooms gives this apartment a special atmosphere. The spacious interior design - 103m² spread over 2 levels with gallery - allows you an almost incomparable comfort especially (but not only) for the larger family or the like. The apartment has 2 south facing balconies. The 5* residence Ostseeresidenz Gorki-Park is located in an exposed location of the imperial spa Heringsdorf and is located directly on the beach.
