Our beautiful residence near the Châteaux de la Loire and the Beauval zoo is called Villa Eribelle. Rich in its warm setting, the Villa offers quality services has a swimming pool, a pond for fishing enthusiasts and a fireplace to enjoy it even in winter. Very close to shops and the city center, you will never feel lost. A change of scenery will be assured from the first glance on this fully equipped 17th century farmhouse and for the happiness of all. The space Villa Eribelle is a perfect place to relax and discover Sologne, it is composed as follows: - a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room - a living room with a fireplace - a television (Netflix, chromecast available) - a small bar area - a dining room - a mezzanine relaxation and work area - 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (queen size double bed 160x200) - 1 bathroom with shower - 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor (queen size double bed 160x200) - a mezzanine with 1 sofa bed (140x200) - a private pool with a heat pump heating system, and its pool house (mini fridge, sink, microwave, and small grill oven) - a state kitchen with plancha and barbecue - a pontoon with access to a pond, relaxation and guaranteed fishing - on-site parking Absolute charm with a taste of coming back to it and its bedding worthy of a hotel *bed and bath linen provided* Important! *Pool open only from May to September, uncovered and subject to external temperatures.
