Apartment inside a recently built residential complex with shared swimming pool in Lonato del Garda. The space The apartment, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests with the bright living room that features a comfortable double sofa bed, a Tv, a dining table, and an open kitchen equipped with every amenity, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, juicer, and American coffee maker. The living room overlooks the porch and private garden, equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with a beautiful view of the pool. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, closet and overlooking the apartment's private garden. A bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the layout. Guests will have access to two fans, independent heating for colder days, and free wi-fi. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation. Other things to note *Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015. Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property (measurements: 3.20 x 6.20 m height 2.20 m). Basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.
