You find our home in the most quiet area of the city centre of 's-Hertogenbosch. Close to the house is a lake as well as plenty of nice bars, restaurants, massage places and shops. Central Station is a 18 min walk away. Welcome! The space The place is renovated from top to floor. Scandinavian furniture on a light, delicate floor. There is a small garden that can function as an extra living room, with sun or under an awning. The main lighting, heating and air conditioning is remote controlled and can be adjusted to your liking. You can stream anything you want on the smart TV and you can even light a bio ethanol fireplace. The kitchen is small but amazing to work in, we're real kitchen people and love cooking. Much working space and the best oven ever. The bedroom is done in a warm green, combined with the same calm floor as the rest of the house. The second bedroom is smaller and doubles as a fine working environment including an adjustable desk. Guest access Parking on Oostwal within 1 minute walking distance. You'll find 6 EV-chargers nearby. The house has one entrance with an old fashioned key, please always lock when you go out. You have all the living space and patio for yourselves, we will not be at home when you stay.
