This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a cozy loft is located in the popular Meadow House complex, just a short walk or bike ride from the Village at Sunriver and the Sunriver Lodge. Inside, you’ll find thoughtful upgrades and inviting touches throughout. The gourmet kitchen features slab granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. The adjacent dining area seats six and opens into a bright sunroom, which flows seamlessly to a lovely outdoor patio with comfortable seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The living area is warm and welcoming, with comfortable furnishings, hardwood floors, a gas stone fireplace, TV, and board games, an ideal spot to cozy up after a day on the trails or a snowy winter adventure. Step outside from the living room onto the back deck, where you’ll find a gas BBQ and outdoor seating, ready for summer grilling and casual meals. Down the hall, there’s a convenient laundry area, a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and two comfortable king bedrooms, each with its own TV. Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom suite offers a queen bed and a private bathroom, creating a quiet retreat of its own.
