Guests are responsible for securing their trailer at all times. For guests who prefer a full-service option, there is also a local marina nearby that offers boat and trailer storage. (Golf cart, boat, and boatlift are NOT included in the rental) Guest access Guests will have full access to the home, driveway, and outdoor areas directly connected to the house, including the canal-front space and covered area beneath the home. For your enjoyment, the property includes: • Life jackets • Cornhole • Covered seating/entertainment area under the home • Propane grill • Charcoal grill • Blackstone griddle Please note: The boat, boat lift, and golf cart are not included in the rental and are not available for guest use. Guests bringing their own boat, can tie off to the floating dock in the canal or use the local marina and park there boat trailer in the mulch area in the front of the home. Parking is available in the driveway only. No street parking. Other things to note Basic internet is provided and works well for Roku TVs, email, and everyday browsing, but it is not suitable for heavy streaming or gaming. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and other essentials will be provided for your arrival. Guests should plan to purchase any additional items needed during their stay. The home is waterfront on a canal with both a fixed dock and a floating dock. There are no railings in these areas, so adults must closely supervise children at all times. For safety, please use the ramp to access the floating dock during mid to high tide to avoid walking at a steep incline, which may be slippery.
