Walking distance from Le Vigne and CaliPaso wineries. Paso at its best! The space Lilac Farm cottage offers two separate guest accommodation options. The cottage and the garden room. these two spaces are joined by an interconnecting door to create a larger unit that sleeps 6 adults. perfect for 3 couples or a larger family. The 2 units can also be sold separately. *Lilac Farm Cottage* The cottage features a charming living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a mud room with half bath, and a dedicated workspace, The two bedrooms upstairs have a large shared bathroom with double vanity, shower and bath, off a large landing area. The Garden Room downstairs has its own en suite with double vanity & shower, coffee bar, fridge, and private terrace/seating area. The expansive outdoor areas have gorgeous views out over the valley. with ample parking, large dining area, bocce ball court ,rocking chairs and firepit. Guest access In addition to the designated outdoor areas - terrace, barbeque, firepit and rocking chairs under the oak tree - guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the farm and visit with the animals. There are several picnic tables and swings set out around the property for guests to enjoy and many lovely walks to take. New for 2024 - full size bocce ball court We have 4 electric bikes for rent and horse paddocks available for our equestrian guests. We ask that you please respect the areas marked private. Other things to note if you book the whole cottage we do allow children. (we can book the 2 bed cottage and the Garden room separately for smaller groups and couples in which case we regret but we do not allow children )- see separate listings. Because we have farm animals, (dogs, cats, chickens and goats) we regret that we do not allow pets. We are strictly non-smoking.
