Minimum 3 consecutive nights; must be booked for the entire stay. - This home is a 10-15 mins drive from downtown. - The pool is cleaned every Tuesday & Friday. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking. - During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. - A 50-amp car charging outlet is available near the trash bins close to the driveway. Guests will need to bring their own charging cable to use the outlet. Parking Details: Space for 4 cars to park on the driveway [DISCLAIMERS] - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
