The cottage overlooks our vineyards and has wonderful views of the valley, mountains & indigenous garden. It has 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, one with bath and separate shower and the other with shower. 2 Separate braais give you a choice between views! Other things to note *Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in. *Credit cards used for the online payment must be present at check-in. Weekends and Public Holidays are by arrangement. • Wood & Firelighters RATE EXCLUDES • All meals (except breakfast if booked on B&B rates) • Drinks • Activities • Transfers • Laundry • Set Up Additional Cot fee - R200 per night • Extra mattress above the set occupancy per unit - R300 per night PAYMENT POLICY • Final payment due 30 Days prior to arrival • Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours. CANCELLATION POLICY • Free Cancellation until 31 Days Prior to arrival • Full cancellation fee from 30 days prior to arrival • No shows: 100% cancellation fees PEAK SEASON • 15 December to 15 January • 50% Non-refundable deposit • Full payment 30 days prior to arrival TERMS & CONDITIONS • 2 Night Minimum from 15 December to 15 January • Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days unless an extension has been requested for in writing and has been approved. • The Laws of the Republic of South Africa shall in all respects, govern this contract. • Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT. • Orange Grove reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or any other levy, tax or impost becoming payable by Orange Grove after the date of booking or in the event of the devaluation of the SA Rand. • Orange Grove reserves the right to alter or amend tariffs and tariff periods without prior notice. CHILD POLICY • Infants (0-4 years) stay free. Please contact us directly when booking with infants. • 4-12 years pay a fixed rate of R300/child above the set occupancy per unit (except from 15 Dec to 15 Jan – the cottages are sold at a fixed price / unit). GUEST POLICY Arrival times: Reception is open from 08h00 - 17h00.weekdays and 08h00 - 14h30 on weekends and Public Holidays. Check-in is typically from 14h00 - 17h00. Earlier check-in is subject to availability. Please advise should your guests wish to arrive earlier than 14h00. Guests who anticipate arriving outside of this window must inform us in advance and we need a contactable number to ensure smooth communication. Guests need to advise 15 minutes before they arrive so that reception is open for their arrival. Penalty for Late Check-ins: A penalty fee of R400.00 for guests who arrive outside our standard check-in hours without prior notice. • Visitors are welcome but only designated Guests may sleep on the property at night. • Maximum speed limit on the farm is 20kph. Dust damages our vines and olives. • Cottage keys must be dropped off at Reception on departure. ACTIVITIES AT EXTRA COST • Guided Hikes, Mountain Bike Rental * Management and staff or any other person associated with Orange Grove will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred or suffered by any guests or any other person whilst on the premises or property of the owners of Orange Grove.
