The Gite @ La Grange des Lavandes

The property is located in a rural village close to the small town of Merinchal 23420. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. There are 2 double bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4 adults. It is self catering accommodation and you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is access to the balcony from the lounge with lovely views of the countryside. The property is self contained and is part of a barn conversion with it's own independent entrance and parking area. The space The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a cosy mezzanine area in bedroom 2 ideal for reading or just to relax. Other things to note There is a Wood Pellet Stove to heat the gite. The bags of pellets are NOT included in the price and if guests wish to use the Pellet Stove there is an additional charge of 6 euros per bag of wood pellets. Guests must inform us if they would like to order a bag of pellets and they must be paid for upon delivery. The gite is not suitable for children under the age of 12. Strictly NO SMOKING in the gite or on the balcony. There is a designated smoking area on the garden if required. No pets allowed. For guests with Electric Vehicles there are Electric Vehicle Charging Stations available in Giat, Crocq & Aubusson. Guests are NOT ALLOWED to charge their Electric Vehicles from the Gite.
