Located at the southern entrance of the protected area of the medieval city, at the confluence of the Saussiotte and the Armençon river, this house offers unobstructed views of one of the most typical meanders of Semur-en-Auxois. At the beginning of the last century, the Paris-Lyon-Méditerranée line of the SNCF made it the main view of Semur in its travel advertisements.
