Cleanliness is our priority, so you can be assured that you will be in a comfortable, hygienic space. Though the neighborhood is very safe, the building has a 24/7 concierge monitoring the entire property. This condo is ideal for both vacation and long-term rentals. ★ BEDROOM The bedroom has a king-size bed with a highly comfortable mattress. Additionally, the couch in the living room doubles as a sofa bed. ★ KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is cookware such as pans, a blender, a coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric stove to make simple meals. ★ BATHROOM The shower has a large shower head with good pressure. We provide beach, bath, hand towels, and washcloths. The bathroom also has closet space and a safety box to store your valuables. ★ ROOFTOP & POOL The rooftop area has plenty of tables and sunbeds. The infinity pool provides spectacular views of the ocean and the jacuzzi is equipped with jets and warm water. ★ GYM & CONFERENCE ROOM A small gym is located on the top floor with essentials such as treadmills, ellipticals, and weights. The conference room is adjacent to the gym and it provides a quiet environment for working or holding a meeting. ★ CAFÉ BAR & ART GALLERY There is a café bar on the ground floor, serving cocktails, coffee, and sandwiches, with live music three times a week (rest assured, the music cannot be heard from the condo). The art gallery contains handmade pottery from Sukabumi stone. ★ KEYS Self-check-in. Access the condo via a keycard.
