The space Situated on 5 acres this sun-filled spacious home offers everything you need for a serene time to reflect, connect and relax with family, friends and yourself. Whether having morning coffee in the magical sunroom or garden, dinner alfresco on the deck or bbq by the pool you will be content. Of course there is more! Beautiful walks and hikes adjacent to the property, art excursions and good restaurants a short distance. The perfect quality time getaway. Note that all rooms have luggage racks, guest rooms have built in dressers in custom closets and MB has a clothing rack with hangers and luggage racks as the MB closet is private area. There is a large smart TV in the huge common lounge/ game room and an extra sleeping area. There are no TVs in bedrooms. Primary bedroom has ensuite bathroom/shower, the other two bedrooms have bathrooms adjacent to the rooms. Third bedroom is on lower level while primary and guest room are on ground/entry level. Guest access Entire house, pool, hot tub and grounds. This is a private home, some closets and cabinet contents are not for guest access. Other things to note ** Absolutely no parties or events allowed **West Point graduation week has a minimum of 4 nights for booking. **$100 per person nightly over 5 guests. The house can handle 8 with prior approval. **No unregistered overnight guests. There will be a $200 charge per person if so. **Pets that are well trained are welcome with advance notice and approval. **Pet guests incur a one-time $275 fee for one pet, then $50 per pet. **Guests are responsible for the removal of pet hair or other indications of the pet's stay at Coppermine House. If this request is not respected there will be an additional cleaning charge of $400.00. **Any cigarette butt found within the 5-acre radius of the property will incur a $50. charge each. **Firewood: 3 logs gratis from outdoor rack . Ask about delivery. **Pool Opens Memorial Weekend or first week in June. Closes last week Sept **Pool heat should stay at *86 or lower.
