Our space is a finished basement with walk out in out home .it is a clean space with 2 bedrooms ,large living room,area,kitchenvathroom with shower .The home is situated across from Grand Lake.There is a dock and boat launch in the summer. Great fishing and swimming .There us plenty of space for Xtra sleeping arrangements if needed . Approximately 1300 sqaure feet . Centered between Rogers City and .Alpena Michigan The space Most items can be provided if needed .such as dishes, bathroom supplies. Guest access Guests are able to use the dock, fire pit/ deck by water ,canoes n kayaks Other things to note When guest leave if they could please drop the trash off into the dumpster that would be great .
