There is small but versatile kitchenette with refrigerator and a variety of countertop appliances located in a shared space with washer/dryer. Free (shared) laundry facilities. Bus, grocery, coffee shop, bakery, cafe within walking distance. Coastal trail nearby for scenic walking and biking. LGBTQ friendly. The space This is a basement apartment - each bedroom and the kitchenette have daylight windows. There are two bedrooms, each with a comfy full-sized bed. Each bed is elevated high enough to allow suitcase storage underneath. Full closet in each room. Maximum of 4 guests. The apartment is not child-proofed but children are welcome at your own risk/discretion. The small couch in the sitting area opens into a single- size futon which may make a better bed for a small child. Wifi available Private side entry into the house and one flight of stairs into the apartment. Street parking, No pets and no smoking please. Reasonably quiet after 10:30 PM to respect the upstairs guest. Guest access The house is split into two private areas. Please do not enter the upstairs area. The laundry facilities in your apartment are shared with the upstairs guest between 10 AM and 7 PM. The upstairs guest will announce themself to you before entering the downstairs.
