This destination is perfect for fishing, scuba, boating and dock space available for extra fee$. The house was built in 1863 and has been totally renovated in the last few years. Designed for large families with 4 bedrooms and a total of 5 beds. With updated linen and mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms, pot & pans, dishes, towels and all bed linens all included with rent. Yard has large fire pit area. Rental includes starter fire wood, gas grill with propane, picnic table(s) and Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Furnished outdoor seating area on deck. A dock on river is available to rent (extra fee). washer/dryer. Two Full size Refregerator freezer, ice maker off street parking for 2 vehicles.. The rental is nested directly next door to the RiverEdge Resort, Tikee Bar You can walk to everything, with in a few blocks, Bonnie Castle Resort, RiverEdge Resort, uncle Sam’s boat tours, village public beach, night life, marinas, public free boat launch, Waltons Meat Market and Food store 6 houses away., taxi , Uber & Lift service available. The owner's are Louise & Court Rutherford Guest access The entire house and deck, porch, and shared back yard with our house next door Other things to note When the weather is just right, we have yard games, lawn chairs, fire pit, gas grill, picnic table, If the weather is ever not perfect, we have plenty of game boards, books, DVD's, and cards to occupy your time.
