Bright bedroom/office near Trinity College

Queen real bed + office desk in spacious private bedroom+sun blocking curtains in renovated comfortable & artistic South End shared condo on easy walkup 3rd floor of building w. friendly neighbor families. Near Trinity College, Hartford hospital, Webster, shops, restaurants, post office, gas station, public transport. 10-15min. from Downtown/West-Hartford. Free parking across the street. New furniture, matress, cotton bed clothes. Free use of kitchen/fridge/microwave/washer/dryer/balcony The space We Love this bright bedroom. It's your private room with keyed lock in our apartment where we live with three persons. You will have air conditioning in the light and comfortable room and hope you will enjoy the spaciousness. You will find a real queen-sized bed with spring+top mattress; a desk with chair; a TV or computer monitor; a mirror; clothes hangers in the walk-in closet and more. The bathroom (shared) is near. You are welcome to use our shared spacious kitchen, our balcony, and our washer/dryer in our wash room. Check in is normally after 3pm and check out before noon but we try to be flexible. We usually stay in the den (our private room). Currently our living room is rented out to our best friend Kevin (his private room), who will host you when we travel. Our queen-sized bed is 82" in length and width 63” or 209 x 160 cm. We use only anti-allergic polyester/cotton pillows and duvets. We have cotton bed clothes and towels, all washed non-scent. Guest access You have access to and are free to use the shared spacious kitchen, balcony, wash room and bathroom. You are welcome to share in our filtered water, coffee, tea if available, wash your clothes. At checkout please leave our apartment clean and organized. Also kindly wash the dishes, put furniture and items back in their original spots and put your trash in the trash bins in the apartment. We'll take care of your bedding/towels laundery and trash removal. During your stay We are travelling musicians, easy going and open to communication although mostly busy composing, performing or working otherwise. The den next to the living room is our private space. Our best friend Kevin stays in the living room as his private space. We are helpful if needed Other things to note Please make respectful use of our apartment and mind the neighbors. This is a non-smoking apartment but If you need to smoke you can use our balcony, then don't throw your buds downstairs but put them in the trash. Also don't forget to close the door, put yr chair inside.
