The Wintergreen Villas is a superb suite, with 878 square feet of beautiful and spacious living space, located in the Blackcomb Benchlands on one of Whistler's most desireable neighbourhoods on Spearhead Drive. Out suite is a bright end unit, with wall to wall windows, offering a separate kitchen and dining area, with a spacious living room. Ski in Ski out access is across the street from our location. Curl up by the log-burning fireplace and enjoy movie nights on the 46" Sony flat-screen TV. The family room also includes a desk and bookcase, offering a quiet and comfortable workspace if you need to mix a little business with pleasure. Step through the patio doors off the living room to one of the largest and most private outdoor patios in the complex—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying a barbecue surrounded by mountain air. This home is designed to make your holiday truly special. Whether you’re unwinding by the fire or spending quality time outdoors, you’ll create unforgettable memories with family and friends. Sleeping Areas & Beds Master Bedroom Enjoy a very restful sleep in this comfortable and peaceful suite with Queen bed and a quality, firm, posturpedic mattress and beautiful linens/ bed cover for your comfort. This Master Suite has its own heat dial. Large window and large closet accompany this spacious bedroom. It also has an ensuite. We have a large TV in the master bedroom. Room Type: Den This spacious den has been set up as a second bedroom. 1 bunk bed and a double bed which sleeps total of 3 people comfortably. (Ideal for children, or family ). Room Type: Private Den (Has a door, Vanity Room & Private Wash Room The high-end bathroom has a separated Vanity Room & Private Toilet with Large 2 Shower Head + Rain Shower and Steam (connects to master bedroom). Ensuite Bathroom Yes Includes Linen Supplies, New Steam Shower, Vanity (Please bring your own toiletries as required). We supply general bathroom toiletries for use by our guests as supplies last. Full Kitchen Our kitchen is new with beautiful cabinetry pot lights, track lights and island lights that create a warm space and has new stainless steel appliances, and is very well stocked, and is meant to make your stay feel like a home away from home. We are fully stocked with plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glasses, utensils, salad bowl, cheese grater, can opener, crock pot for slow cooking, which comes in handy often, baking dishes, etc. We also supply coffee, sugar, some spices, salt, and a very nice selection of organic and non-organic teas, including decaffinated tea and more for your convenience. There is just too much to list. Your family will certainly be pleased with all the items available that will ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable, and as hassle free as possible. The decor and new paint is very inviting and a stunning cabin feel. Dining Area The dining room is directly in front of the kitchen. Table bench with chairs will seat your family/friends comfortably. Perfect rectangular size dining table which overlooks the kitchen and the living room, in an open floor plan. Special Features The large patio off this corner end unit is amazing. It is perfect for a family holiday in the summer. The mud room entry is incredible with enough room for the whole family to gear up or gear down with your ski equipment. There is sufficient space for all your equipment needs, including a closet for your ski wear. This unit also comes with underground secured parking or you may park in visitor parking (first come first serve basis). We offer one guest visitor parking pass only. Please display Vehicle Permit Parking Pass in vehicle or your vehicle will be towed. Parking is included for free.
