Seagulls Rest is a stone-built semi-detached Victorian holiday home sleeping 7 across four bedrooms, just across the road from Minehead sea front. The space The front door opens into a small hall with stairs to the first floor, a sitting room to the left with lovely views over the Bristol Channel, and a dining room to the right with a large table seating 8. The kitchen sits beyond the dining room, fitted with new appliances including an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a stovetop Italian coffee maker and cafetiere. An external door leads from the kitchen to the courtyard garden. A ground-floor shower room with toilet and hand basin is at the far end of the kitchen. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with dressing room area and sea views, a single bedroom (also sea-facing), and a family bathroom with corner bath, shower unit, toilet and hand basin. The second floor holds two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, the twin with sea views. Bed linen and towels are provided, though guests should bring their own beach towels. A high chair is available, and there is space for a travel cot in the single bedroom (cot not provided), plus a single fold-up bed (without linen or pillow). The property has gas-fired central heating throughout, one TV in the lounge, upgraded high-speed wifi with mesh coverage in every room, and portable fans in each bedroom. Outside is a private, slate-tiled courtyard with a six-seater patio set and additional seating, plus a raised stepped wall ideal for enjoying sea views. No barbecue is provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own. There is off-road parking for one car within the courtyard gates, and a parking permit is provided for a second car, valid along Quay West and Quay St (please avoid parking outside neighbouring properties). Additional cars can use pay and display parking nearby.
