No rental company here, I manage and clean this home myself. My property offers an ideal home base for your travels! This is a one-floor, 3-bdrm house with 1.5 baths. The home features a full kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials to enjoy a home cooked meal. Centrally located just blocks from I64, this property is 4 miles from downtown Huntington shops and restaurants. If you’re looking to spend time outside, we are just few blocks from a scenic walking trail overlooking the Ohio River. The space INDOOR LIVING: Three smart televisions provided, 55” TCL Roku TV (living room), 42” TCL Roku TV (bedroom) and 40” TCL Roku TV (bedroom), Chime queen mattresses, and ceiling fans in each bedroom KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (drip & k-pod), toaster, crockpot, blender, cooking basics, dinnerware & flatware, limited spices, kid-friendly dishes & cups, disposable plates, cups & coffee cups GENERAL: Free high speed WiFi, linens & towels (we wash ALL bedding and towels after every guest, every time), central air conditioning & heating, complimentary starter coffee, snacks and toiletries, washer & dryer, iron, hair dryer, hangers, trash bags & paper products, 2 exterior security cameras (facing out) PARKING: 2 car driveway (off street parking) plus on street parking available. The attached garage is not for guest use. Guest access Entire house except the attached garage, and one supply closet. The backyard is not included in the booking. Other things to note We have a strict maximum 6 person booking policy set by the city fire marshall. Guests not abiding by that policy will be charged $75 per extra guest per night in accordance with our house rules. Every TV is a smart ROKU, allowing you to log in with any streaming service you subscribe to or your cable provider. No open flames allowed. We provide a starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, 6 rolls of toilet paper, and coffee/coffee pods. You may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. The attached garage is not for guest use. A garage apartment at the back of the property is used for storage and for hosting out-of-town family members. Therefore, the backyard is not included in your reservation. During your visit, please refrain from entering the back yard of the property. No refunds will be offered outside of our cancellation policy. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances.
