The access is via automatic gates. There is parking space inside, and guests have access to the entire property and its gardens. Other things to note Check-in Made Easy & Friendly Villa Guidelines: To make your arrival as smooth as a beach breeze, we kindly ask all guests to share their ID details in advance. You'll receive a quick and secure link via phone chat to upload your information before check-in — or if you prefer, we can scan your documents when you arrive. This is required by law for police registration, and helps speed things up so your holiday can start right away! Let’s Keep It Chill Ibiza is all about good vibes — but also about respecting local laws and neighbors. That’s why outdoor music needs to be turned off by 22:00h, no exceptions. If things get too loud and the police get involved, fines will be the guest’s responsibility. No parties or smoking indoors, please. If a party is detected by the local authorities and a fine is issued we’ll sadly have to retain the deposit as a fine. We want you to have fun — just the peaceful kind! A Few Housekeeping Faves: The towels in the villa love staying home — please don’t take them to the beach. Trash talk (the responsible kind): We kindly ask that guests leave the villa free of garbage when they check out. We’re happy to show you where to dispose of it nearby. If trash is left behind, a €100 cleanup fee will apply. Checkout coordination: During check-in, we’ll agree on your checkout time so we can plan the schedule. Once confirmed, it may be tricky to change, so let’s find a time that works best for you. Our wonderful cleaning team will ensure everything is sparkling for your stay — with fresh bed linens and fluffy towels waiting for you. Extra Things to Know: Upon arrival, we’ll collect the Balearic Tourism Tax: €2.20 per adult (16+) per night — maxed out at 16 nights. Please have this ready in cash. Check-in after 21:00h?
