Indulgence Lakeside Lodge i1 with fishing, hot tub

The Indulgence Lakeside Lodge, this is a spacious double lodge 40×20, 3 bedrooms full size beds, en suite with shower in master bedroom, a family bathroom with bath & shower, smart TVs in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, large big square hot tub, large veranda with spotlights and lanterns, this also has a large private fishing peg and free fishing on the Osprey fishing lake. The space There is a utility with a washing machine, high chair and travel cot for your convenience, please clean and put down after use (no Bedding is left for the travel cot) *This 3 bedroom lodge can sleep up to 8 people this is with prior arrangement and will incur an extra charge. The master bedroom is a king size bed with a large ensuite with large shower , W.C Two further bedrooms with two full size single beds in each bedroom with wall mounted smart tv/ DVD player A large family bathroom with bath and over bath shower , W.C The lodge is open plan with full size fridge , freezer, integral microwave, double gas oven and grill, electric fire place, dining table with seating for 6 guests, smart tv with dvd/ blue ray player, Xbox one With a small selection of dvds, sliding patio door opens onto a huge veranda. *please note your break is self catering, the lodge has a fully equipped kitchen I do provide the below for your convenience- *complementary tea, coffee & sugar *2 tea towels & oven glove for your use *washing up liquid *2 x dishwasher tablets *antibacterial Hand wash in bathroom *antibacterial kitchen spray *1 disposable cleaning cloth & sponge *1 toilet roll *hand towel & bath mats in both bathrooms *3 bin bags *X box one with games *please bring Any extras / everything you need as normal for your self catering break *hairdryer *dishwasher *Tassimo coffee pod machine *washing machine ( please bring washing power) *this lodge has its own private WiFi the passcode is on the router for you to connect ***All beds are freshly made for guests booked in arrival, please note towels for use in and out of the lodge are NOT left until further notice, please do NOT forget all guests towels. *the heating will be on low for your arrival , you do not need to touch the boiler , to control the temperature this is done by the thermostat on the wall near the kitchen , turn it up and down as required ,please remember to turn it down to 5 when you leave the lodge and check out Large open plan double sided lodge with a floor space of 40ft x 20ft, has 3 bedrooms, This beautiful lodge is a country style open plan lodge once opening the door there is a utility wuth washing machine/dryer, leading onto the living area with a large dining table with 6 chairs and high quality furniture, smart tv and games console, fire place with electric fire and coffee table all open to the kitchen area, through the door leading off the hallway is family bathroom with bath and over head shower, W.S and toilet, the two single bedrooms both have two full single beds and fitted wardrobes along with wall mounted smart tv/dvd players, the master bedroom has kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes also wall mounted smart tv/dvd player, attached en-suite with large family shower, toilet and W.S This lodge has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has a kingsize bed with en suite with shower, the two further bedrooms both have two full size single beds in each bedroom. The open plan living area is a sofa bed to sleep two additional guests at extra cost, if you have paid a supplement to sleep 7 or 8 guests the bedding will be left in the utility, this will not be left if not arranged and the supplement payment made prior to your arrival. A travel cot is a bookable and extra cost (please bring baby bedding this is not provided) The lodge has a large wrap around veranda with large sunken square hot tub, spotlights and lanterns, outside seating for 6 guests , this is secure and gated with steps leading down to the large private fishing peg and free fishing for your use only, this is a private fishing lake on Osprey fishing lake with outstanding views over the lake, there is a brick bbq for your enjoyment Other things to note 1. *Please do not arrive earlier than check in at 4pm or check out later than 10am 2. *please report any problems to me immediately, also allowing a reasonable amount of time to recify any issues. 3. *if anything does not work or batteries or bulbs go out please report these I have spares.  *Please report any breakages or damage to me. 4. *please could you remove all outdoor shoes while in the property, heals are not allowed in the property. 5. strictley NO smoking in the property or on the veranda , this is made of wood so forbidden 6. *Please report any breakages or damage to me 7. Read terms conditions and hot tub rules 8. only guests booked in allowed to stay over night 9. Please do not forget hot tub towels & swimming towels these 10. Are not provided 11.
