Frankfort Farmhouse, 9 lovely acres

Comfortable, remodeled 1870's 'Farmhouse In The Woods' near Lake Michigan & Crystal Lake. 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living & dining rooms, as well as furnished front & back covered porches & deck. Sleeps 8. Lovely woods, meadow, & yard. We love eating on the back porch or deck when the weather is nice, but also have the dining room and kitchen bar-top for cooler days or rain. We are only a few minutes from town, but the topography & woods give of the feeling of deep-country solitude. The space - The Farmhouse is 1-1/2 miles from Frankfort via a side road. - Please note, the stairs to the upper bedrooms are steep & somewhat narrow, so the upper bedrooms are not recommended for those with mobility impairments. There is a baby gate to help protect young ones. - Our electric vehicle charger (universal level 2) is available for your use at no extra cost. - We don't have cable TV, but you can connect a laptop via HDMI, or login to your streaming services. (Don't forget to remove logins when you leave). - Sorry, but due to allergies we are not able to accept pets. Guest access Entire house, porches, deck, lawn and forest, except for outbuildings and their immediate surrounding area. We take walks in the woods, but there are no improved paths. When you reach the end of our property, it should be obvious that you are approaching a neighbor's property or the tree types will change noticeably. Other things to note - We offer a universal (Tesla & J1772) level 2 EV charger no additional cost. - We are sorry, but due to allergies in the family, no pets are allowed. - There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property
