The space 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area and big recreation room with billiard, table tennis, table football, electronic darts, bikes, badminton. The entire house has 3 air conditioning units and complete thermal insulation, free WiFi internet and 2 smart 55inch TVs, with satellite programs, Netflix. Dishwasher, washing machine, linens, towels and all necessary accessories are included. Focal point of the villa is private 41 sqm swimming pool, one of the biggest in the area, surrounded by large sundeck with shadow pergola and outside shower, where you can relax on cozy loungers and enjoy the magical surroundings. Beside is the lovely pool house that offer lounge corner with 55inch TV, bathroom with extra sized shower and small kitchen with fridge. Next to the terrace and pool is place for barbecue and grill with outside dining table. The buildings are completely renovated with quality and modern materials, whole property is fenced, with nice grass plots and carefully chosen plants of olive and cherry trees all around the property. Free parking for 4 cars is included within fenced yard with gate. All that you need for the perfect stay. Guest access The entire property, villa and pool are fully private, only on guests disposition, free of any additional costs. Other things to note A wonderful scent of nature, silent nights, and short drive by the car from the villa, the guests can find cities of Split and Sinj, with lot of unique historical and cultural heritage old over than 1700 years. Also there you will find bars and restaurants with excellent sea food, meat, wine... Of course there is a great night life in the many clubs , bars in the town and on the beaches.
