Apartment in the Zócalo of Mexico City

The apartment is part of a set of historic buildings on Av. 20 de Noviembre, the street where the revolutionaries of 1910 entered celebrating the triumph. The background is the Zócalo and the cathedral that lights up every night and allows you to enjoy the colonial architecture. While what you see is dazzling, what you feel is much more powerful because our roots are under those buildings and if you are sensitive you will beat with the consciousness of my people who refuse to die. The space It is my home that I enjoy immensely; for professional and work reasons I make the entire apartment available on some dates. The apartment is a space with large rooms and high ceilings, its construction dates from the last century, the building is safe in its structure and architecture, it is on a first level so it is important to consider climbing 20 steps to reach the space. It is very bright, I try to have the common spaces clean and available for my guests to use. The different public transport options are very close by, including the subway, metrobus, eco-bikes and tour buses with options to visit different tourist spots in Mexico City. There are a variety of public parking lots in case you decide to come by car, a choice I do not recommend since at least the nearest parking lot to leave your car will be at least half a kilometer away. Guest access The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, a work table and a window facing the main avenue. The other room has two double beds, one under the other in a sliding way so that you have availability of the bedroom space during the day, a closet and a window facing the main avenue. The day we receive you, you are given the keys and a tour of the apartment is made to show and give the indications of the proper use of the common areas which are the following; 1.- Bathroom with shower 2.- Dining room 3.- TV room 4.- Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Other things to note I will be available for any questions and needs. I ask you to be clear about the arrival time (check-in) and departure time (check-out) of your stay in my apartment for the delivery of the keys. Another important piece of information to mention is that the rooms have windows that overlook Avenida 20 de Noviembre, so the passage of cars starts from 8 am and drops considerably at 7 pm because it is an area of extensive economic activity. The washing machine is not available for guest use and if you require laundry service I can suggest options.
