Good location! Only 2 mins away from Yufuin station! My house is 2 story house and max capacity is up to 16 ppl. I have private semiーoutdoor Hot spring! 6 ~ 8 people are able to take at once. You don't need care of weather because it's semi-outdoor Hot spring. You can take any time you want to. The space ・1st floor：2 Japanese style rooms, Living room(Japanese style)Kitchen with dining room, Bathroom, Semi-outdoor Hot spring and toilet. ・2nd floor：1 western room, 1 Japanese room, huger Japanese style room and toilet. ＜Please read carefully!＞ ※Preparation of beddings are depends on how many people will stay. ※I will prepare number of pillows for each person. ・1 person：I will prepare 1 double size futon at 1 Japanese style rooms on the 1sr floor. ・2 ppl：I will prepare 2 double size futons at 1 Japanese style rooms on the 1sr floor. ・3 ppl：I will prepare 3 double size futons at 2 Japanese style rooms on the 1sr floor. ・4 ppl：I will prepare 4 double size futons at 2 Japanese style rooms on the 1sr floor. ・5 ppl：4 futon mattresses on the 1st floor and 1 beds at the western room on the 2nd floor. ・6 ppl：4 futon mattresses on the 1st floor and 2 beds at the western room on the 2nd floor. ・7 ppl：4 futon mattresses on the 1st floor and 2 beds at the western room and 1 futon mattresses at the Japanese style room on the 2nd floor. ・8 ppl：4 futon mattresses on the 1st floor and 2 beds at the western room and 2 futon mattresses at the Japanese style room on the 2nd floor. ・9~16 ppl：Each 2 ppl have to share the all the beds and futon mattresse. ◆About preparation for extra rooms.◆ Extra room preparation at 2nd floor(Including beddings)2階の寝室追加（寝具含む） If you don't have request, I will set bed room. ・1room：8,000 Yen(JPY)　※2nd floor ・2rooms：13,000 Yen(JPY)　※2nd floor Due date of request is 1 day before on 3PM from your check-in date. I won't accept the request on your check-in date For additional bedroom, You can choose Japanese style room or Western style room. ＊If you didn't request the which bed room you need, I will prepare western style room. 【There are/ Please check the listing pictures】 ･refrigerator ･microwave ･electric kettle ･TV ･Wi-Fi ･washing machine ･kitchen with cookware (details below) ･table ･toilets (the one on the first floor has washlet) ･shower room ･1 face towel & 1 bath towel for each guest ･1 toothbrush with toothpaste for each guest ･shampoo ･conditioner ･body soap *No pajamas or seasonings Guest access ・WHOLE HOUSE (NO SHARING THE HOUSE WITH OTHERS) Other things to note 【About Using kitchen】 Thank you for staying at my accommodation. Please cooperate that washing used plates, cutlery and other thing that you used and put it back to original place. Thank you for your cooperation. 【About seasoning and Oil】 I didn't prepare any seasonings and oil. ★Floor Policy★ ・Up to 4 guests: 1 Japanese style room(Tatami room) on 1st floor. ・Up to 8 guests: Only first floor ・9 or 10 guests: First floor & Only Western style room on the2nd floor. ・ 11~16 guests: All the 4 bedrooms ＊*If total number of people are more than 5 guests , 2 guests will sleep on 1 bed or 1 futon. ・If you are a group of less than 9 and if you'd like to use the second floor: an extra cleaning fee (5000JPY/2nd-floor bedroom) will be charged ・If you are a group of 9 or 10 and if you'd like to use all the 4 bed rooms: an extra cleaning fee (5000JPY) will be charged 【Cleaning during stay: Extra charge】 ・Cleaning is done before check in and after check out ・Extra charge on cleaning during stay. Please request a cleaning on our Airbnb message thread at least a day before you want it done. 【Children under 7】 ・If no amenities (towels, beds, pillows) is fine, children under 7 are free of charge. ・If you'd like amenities for your children, please count them as adults. 【Towels】 ・One towel/bath towel will be provided for each person. *One ticket per person regardless of the number of nights. You have to check-in with that Tablet PC. Do not disconnect the charging cable of your Tablet PC！ I will send details after confirm reservation, so please check it. ＊All the guests have to check-in with Tablet PC except kids who are under 7 years old.
