FeWo Salvia with style and tranquility

Our vacation home, surrounded by a large orchard, with three separate apartments, is located in a village of 20 inhabitants near Stralsund and the Baltic Sea. If you're looking for peace, relaxation and a large garden, this is the place for you. The apartment offered here impresses with its high wooden ceiling. It is lovingly decorated, has a nice large terrace and is even suitable for wheelchair users. Note: no TV, poor cell phone reception The space The apartment consists of a large room in which we have separated the sleeping area from the kitchen area by a room divider. It has a high wooden ceiling and is bright and welcoming through the large windows overlooking the garden and a neighboring chapel. Next to the bed we have set up a fireplace with a viewing window, which also cozily warms the adjacent reading corner. The fireplace is only for coziness. The apartment is heated by central heating. The bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (ground level) is located directly in the apartment and can only be used for this apartment. The terrace is directly accessible through a large patio door and is intended for the sole use of this apartment. On the large terrace (about 35 m²) there is a pavilion as sun protection under which a table for 6 people and a corresponding number of chairs await you. The terrace is fully illuminated and can also be accessed from the outside via a wheelchair ramp. The kitchen is a replica of a historic kitchen. It is equipped with sufficient cutlery and dishes and includes, among other things, a filter coffee maker, toaster, fridge (without freezer compartment) and cooking utensils. An oven is not provided. If you want to cook, two portable induction hotplates and two large worktops are available. Guest access As guests of this apartment, you have exclusive access to your terrace, which is equipped with a gazebo. In addition, we can also set up a grill with grilling utensils if necessary. The terrace has a natural privacy screen through the bushes that surround it and another privacy screen that is built from the firewood for your fireplace. For shared use with the holiday guests of the other apartments, the following awaits you: a large orchard with about 20 fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, plums and walnut) and many berry bushes such as currants or gooseberries (blackberries and raspberries are in the planning stage). From the end of June there is always something to snack on and that is also what we want. Starting in mid-April, all the fruit trees are gradually in bloom and look just wonderful. Campfire area Here a large fire pit and pallet benches set up in a circle invite you to "male fire staring" (as our son likes to say). Of course, a grill can be taken to the fireplace. The fireplace has an electric lamp and an outlet nearby. But it's not covered. Laundry area This apartment is not equipped with a washing machine, but on request we can offer you the use of the washing machine in the utility room in the same house. The laundry can then be dried on a clothesline, which is not in the garden and nicely hidden behind a high hedge. During your stay We are in or around the house to make it even more chic. In addition, we can be found in the adjoining garden and always have an open ear for questions. Other things to note Our house is completely hidden at the end of a dead end road of a small village, you can hardly find more peace :) .
